How much will shipping be on my order?
Shipping is free on all items. We ship to the lower 48 United States only.
Is there a minimum order to qualify for free shipping?
No, you may order as much, or as little, as you would like from our website, and your item(s) will ship free.
Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order within two hours of placing it. Otherwise, we will need to handle your request using our return policy, as indicated below.
What will be the lead time on my order?
Most orders should ship within 7-10 business days. There are occasions, such as our peak season during the last quarter of the year, when the lead time could increase to 2-3 weeks.
How will my items be shipped?
Your items will be sent directly from one of the manufacturer's warehouses to you via UPS. Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects--keeping original packaging until you have satisfactory results from your inspection.
Will you provide me with tracking on my order?
Normally, we should be able to provide tracking information to you. However, there are occasions, such as our peak season during the last quarter of the year, when our focus is centered on processing and shipping your order rather than doing the paperwork involved in tracking your order.
Do I get a warranty with my items?
All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. However, we may not be held liable for any misuse of our products. This warranty does not cover claims for damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, or damage due to shipping or packaging.
Please carefully inspect your purchase immediately upon arrival for any damage or defects--keeping original packaging until you have satisfactory results from your inspection.
What is your return policy?
All merchandise shipped is considered sold and non-returnable unless authorized via email. Returns will be accepted only within 7 days after the shipment is delivered. All returns must be sent freight pre-paid at the sender's expense. Authorized non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping costs. All products must be shipped via UPS only, and the tracking number must be provided to us prior to product arrival. All returned merchandise must be in original purchased condition. If any of these steps above or below are not followed, penalties will be accessed to your refund.
1. Original Exterior Corrugated Material, or $30 Penalty
2. Original Interior Corrugated Material and All Components Re-Bubble Wrapped, or $50 Penalty
3. No Indication of Burning and All Included Sunjel, or $150 Penalty
If UPS damages the product during shipment or delivery, then we must be notified immediately to submit a claim with UPS. If we are not given the opportunity to file a claim and have investigation done of this damage, then all penalties and the 15% restocking fee will apply--no exceptions. A UPS claim can take up to 14 business days, and we must wait patiently for UPS to do their job properly in order for the appropriate refund to take place.
